Now that I have an Etsy shop and blog focused 100% on vintage dolls, I thought I should reblog an article I wrote back in 2019 about one of my favorite independent business women in American industry, Nancy Ann Abbott. Nancy Ann was the creator of Nancy Ann Storybook Dolls – lovely little 5-7 inch primarily bisque dolls with gorgeous outfits and sassy hand painted faces.
